Had breakfast here and was expecting good things. However, I was sadly disappointed. The service was friendly but not attentive – I had to clean the table down and the waiter didn’t even take the dirty napkin away when he came over. Keep in mind also that you have to go collect your own menus and order – which doesn’t seem to be very clear on arrival. I also had to get our own napkins, etc. I was mainly disappointed with the food though. I ordered the açai bowl, which was a hefty $16 for mainly acai and not much else. Presentation is really good, but I would have expected plenty of granola and fruit, but there was very minimal. And of what was in there, it was not fresh but mainly frozen berries which had no flavour and a strange texture. The brekky burger looked good. Added haloumi and, again, this was at a hefty price for what you get. I’m not likely to dine here again as there are better places, offering better quality and quantity at more reasonable prices. It’s a shame as this place has potential. But instead, seems to be trying to make money off being trendy and instagrammable (a perfect example of a place focused mainly on aesthetics rather than anything else).
Pretty ambience and concept but the service was slightly below average as some staffs were a little cold and unfriendly – they got my orders wrong and denied the mistake. The pricing is a little high for the taste of the dishes – everything tasted average but the presentation of the dishes are pretty (: The scramble eggs in the truffle dish isn’t really scrambled but more of fried and dry.
Unfortunately the service is so bad that the good food just won’t cut it. You simply cannot wait 40 minutes and be told 3-4 times by the same waiter that your water is on it’s way. Nor is it a good idea to make your customers go up to collect their own food while they watch it go cold. If customers are waiting, a civilised hospitality employee shouldn’t stand there on Facebook ignoring their customers needs. This business should go broke. If it was in Melbourne, no one would bother eating here. Absolutely pathetic
Food was delicious I got the French stack and it was delicious! Would say the banana expresso smoothie was a little average however overall really nice atmosphere, I’d say that it should be clearer that you need to take your own menu and then go up and order but apart from that a good experience!
