The ambience of this restaurant is the only thing saving it. We waited at least 10 minutes to get a table when the restaurant was empty. It was then 25 minutes before we were served and then it took an additional 40 minutes to receive the food which came with very minimal sauce and overpriced and incorrectly cooked cuts of meat not to mention the sides which came with the meals were subpar at best. Overall we were very disappointed with the service and quality of food at Bin 89..
We ordered 4 dishes for 5 to share together. The lady served us was pretty good , but the salad and the rib fillet were INCREDIBLY SALTTTTTY as if the cook poured whole jar of salt!
Was a pretty good atmosphere and set up. Four of us attended here for dinner and ordered a three course set menu. Service at the start was a bit slow but drinks and entrees arrived ok, but our mains were and hour and a half after the entrees. After they arrived the salmon was raw and cold in the middle. The staff member who I informed was really good about taking it back and mentioned that this wouldn’t be on the bill. Overall the service was very average, the food wasn’t up to scratch and even though the meal was complementary it ruined our night.
Visited here with family for an unplanned lunch.We ordered steak sandwiches, popcorn chicken and a few tapas.They were all delicious!Furthermore – the lady that served us was wonderful. Some of the other restaurants have cooling devices in the outside dining areas which Bin could use to cope with some of the hotter days here.With food and service like that though, I’d definitely recommend!!
