  Apparently they close at 8:52 instead of 9:00pm. Staff member incredibly rude and not impressed at all.

  What can I say? Very similar to the other reviews on here. I’m travelling.. and we don’t have anything like this at home.. and was really excited to pick up one of these ice creams. So I was greeted by The staff who looked bored, and their customer service felt so forced.. they seemed like they had a bad day.. the ice cream is average.. when you think of paying $10 AUD for a small cup.. you think it’s going to be special.. could have gone to the supermarket and got a better ice cream. Average as.. don’t waste your money.

  Again, another chain charging big dollars and not fronting up with quality..The flavours at Cold Rock are great however the pricing to add mix ins is ridiculous on top of the already high ice cream scoop prices, and you get a poor amount of mix inGreat and entertaining for kids to see however, they enjoy coming here.

  Needs to mix in mix-ins properly. Poorest attempt at breaking up the firmer mix-ins – found the cookie dough & fudge cubes at the bottom of the cup, half-heartedly broken into two huge pieces each. I know they require some effort to mix through properly, but you seriously have one job.
