Came here while on holidays, fantastic burgers and fried chicken. I also had some of their philly loaded fries and wow, absolutely mouth watering. If you are around broadbeach, GC Republic are your number one burger spot.
While on a short trip to the Gold Coast I stumbled across this unassuming gem of a burger joint. I found it by accident as I was just walking the streets and saw a sign that said burgers. I am glad I stopped as this place was awesome. Not only was there AFL being played on the big screens, but the burgers were on another level and was one of the best I had while up on the coast. Definitely give them a try if you love burgers!
