Birthday celebratory lunch organised for my sister with Louise. Contributed $250 to the cost. All good. On the day, “Alia” calls – no record of the payment. I email a copy of the bank transfer receipt through. I email the email chain with Louise through. Still not helpful.So rude, so incompetent, so unprofessional.Alia needs to be sacked. Louise – you are a disgrace.Absolutely ruined the celebration. Never again. Something so simple handled so badly.
