Junk was created by award-winning chef Tony Kelly and business partner Scott Hoskins, and is helmed by rising culinary star Mitch Smith as executive chef. Originating in the Sunshine Coast, Junk has since expanded into the Toowoomba, Brisbane and Gold Coast Market.
