The seafood was spectacularly fresh! The crispy rice and spicy tuna is a nice addition to balance out the sashimi and oysters, in addition to the donatsu for dessert! Would recommend for all, and will be coming back in the near future! 🙂
This would be one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to dine in. Everything served to us was so fresh and delicious! I don’t think we had a dish we didn’t enjoy. Staff were attentive and explained the menu so well. Thank you for an enjoyable night – will definitely be back.
Our waiter Shane was extremely helpful in explaining the menu and was very knowledgeable on what each meal entails. He was attentive and friendly. The food here is well presented and tasty. But there is room to improve as there was no stand out dish. In saying that it was still a very enjoyable meal. Cocktails are ok. Nothing to be overly excited about. However they do have an extensive wine list which also covers Japanese whiskeys, beers and sake. The desserts are divine. Especially for those who enjoy a zesty dessert, the yuzu pannacotta is a must. Overall a lovely fine dining experience with excellent service. Definitely worth a visit.
So accommodating and they were able to squeeze us in at the bar, limited menu but still amazingly delicious. The kingfish, sashimi platter and the seared scampi with foie gras is divine. The Japanese Teapot is also a nice not overly sweet cocktail. Possibly the best service we got on the Gold Coast!
