Awful service – wait staff are inattentive, forgetful, orders lost and you have to fight to get attention.Food was bland. We only went here because they were open on Christmas Day. I can see why they are desperate for business, no one would go here when alternatives are open.
Food undercooked dry and bland. Pizza was served warm had to send back to heat up, but was still very tasteless. Lasagne was bland and dry, felt like frozen food reheated. Sterile atmosphere, owner to busy entertaining his mates to notice our drinks were empty.
Pizza crust is undercooked and produce in top is poor. Gnocchi is heavy and gluggy. Not much better with the mains. Freezer meals, at best.
Worst experience ever! Went there for dinner; had to wait over an hour for our meals. In the meantime we watched 2 other tables who arrived at least 20 minutes after us receive their meals before us. We witnessed 4 tables walk out because they were tired of waiting. When our pizza finally arrived it wasn’t cooked. If the owner spent less time sprooking and telling useless stories and more time taking care of his customers his business would be a lot more successful! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE experience! 🙁
Tasteless. How you can stuff up spaghetti bolognaise is beyond me. $30 for a dish that would have cost them no more than $4 to make (even then it had absolutely no flavor). I usually always rely on urban spoon for recommdations only tonight I was too tired to venture too far from my hotel. Learnt that lesson. Do not waste your time or your money.
