  Foodcourt Fare. Ordered takeaway after reading good reviews here and elsewhere, unfortunately the food didn’t live up to expectations. Had a madras beef that was in a really nice creamy coconut sauce but the beef was extremely gristly and made me gag a couple of times. The butter chicken was average at best and of the two naans we ordered the plain one was overcooked and crispy while the cheese and spinach naan was only cooked on one side resulting in a doughy inedible naan.Not exactly what I was expecting and disappointing as well, I’ve had better in the food courts at the local shopping centre.

  Customer service wasn’t that great, overcharged us and then lied about it. Also only gave us 1 rice instead of the 2 ordered. Had to travel all the way back to get the refund. Food was really nice, loved the butter chicken

  Waiting staff very helpful and pleasant at all times, try hard to please.Curries were average with chicken dishes being the worst due to lots of bone and gristle. Vegetable curries over spiced for a mild, could not finish the dish. Onion bhaji were very different didn’t have any flavouring to them. The saving grace for this restraunt was that the naan breads were good.This company would benefit from more voucher promotions instead of havin the same voucher for the last 2 years.Would not return to this restaurant again from reasons outlined above, needs a lot of improving. I hope the management takes my comments on board I am writing for many of my friends who were dining with me and we are all of the same opinion

  Outstanding Indian. We have eaten at Rasoi twice in the past 2 weeks and the food is absolutely outstanding. Having eaten Indian food all around the world Rasoi is up there with the best. You walk past the kitchen on the way to the bathroom and can see that every meal is freshly prepared including the naan which is rolled and cooked in a traditional oven made to order. We cannot recommend Rasoi highly enough.
