I have visited Upper Deck Bulimba many times meeting new friends, catching up with old friends and to celebrate special occasions. The atmosphere is friendly, chilled and exciting all in one. Gary makes the most awesome drinks, the live music is Fantastic and the food will delight the senses. Its sexy, romantic and the patrons are super friendly. If its the place of choice for footy celebs and other high profile people to visit and have fun then check it out
Had a staff brunch (30ppl) Everyone was at the meeting early morning so before meals, we decided to get coffee (prior to finishing up) Rang up Upper Deck to get price on Coffees. Was sending someone with cash, so figured Id make some inquiries on the cost of coffee and perhaps book a table for 30 for later. Was met with a staff who did not wish to help. She told me that she was busy and if it was necessary to give a price. Her whole tone and attitude was appalling. Suffice to say, I wouldnt ever go here. If the staff can not handle the public holidays, they should let the manager know and take the day off.(BTW: $5.20 for a small flat white with extra shot )
