If you are after some healthy food options for brekky or lunch or just a quick fix of something healthy on the go (slices, bars, smoothies, bowls) this is the place. The only downer is that the kitchen is closing too early, as well as the coffee shop. To the owner: you are in a high-density area with plenty of traffic. Staying open until 5pm (or even 6pm to catch the people going home from work) would be a worthwhile exercise. Close the kitchen, but offer items from the display cabinet, coffees and smoothies. 2 staff for 3 extra hours could cover it easily.
Their Acai bowls were next level! I had the Acai Whip Bowl with granola and seasonal fruit. So delicious and the atmosphere at the cafe was very nice. Friendly staff and reasonably priced.
I finally tried the coco whip somewhere and I am so thankfull I choose Caffe Republic! I had the one topped with granola, peanut butter, banana and berries and it was perfect!! Hit the spot, just as the long black I had. Everything was perfect and I would recommend this spot to anyone..
I had the paleo seed toast with smashed avo, confit tomatoes & flax seed dukkah with an extra poached egg and a cappuccino. The food was really delicious but was not much. Staff was friendly and cappuccino was very nice. They put a lot of cocoa on top which I really love.
