What a joke. Seriously, how hard can it be, the latte and cappa took 15 min and lunch took 30, and it wasn’t even busy, I would not have minded if the food was great but it wasn’t and I can’t even say anything nice about the staff, seriously who is running these businesses, please will someone open another cafe at north shore or buy that one and take advantage and tap into a gold mine that obviously these owners have no idea what they are doing. I am a resident of north shore and I will never go back unless I see a different name on the front door.

EXCELLENT. Tropic garden surrounds, modern architecture and a sophisticated laid back atmosphere. Fantastic coffee… Townsville sure has some top quality cafe’s serving some of the best coffee I’ve had in Australia.. who’d believe it!

It’s a shame about the screaming eagle soundtrack on loop through the speakers to scare the pigeons away. It’s otherwise pleasant!

Yet again disappointed. In the mall everything takes way too long regardless of how many customers are in the cafe. I have waited up to 90 mins for a cup of tea (on a busy Sunday morning) to 45mins for a coffee (on a completely quiet Saturday afternoon). There is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. Perhaps it is because as a vegetarian there are so few options on the menu. I have always been told that vegetarians can be accommodated but it’s like they cannot figure out how to add things or make changes to orders at the till for the kitchen. It’s the 21st Century guys.

The latte was bland, too much holandaise it was drowning & eating companions pancakes were dry & not very tasty. Wasn’t very busy when we arrived & service was fast pity food & coffee let down the whole experience. Also went to the mall Millie J & had the best breakfast experience but North Shore was a disappointment in comparison

Very average service food ok but nothing to rave about.

To the person who was served in the white shirt and had to wait 30 min. That is flinders st version. If you go out to north shore it’s way better. And not much of a wait except on market Saturday’s.
