went to Justin Lane for dinner as a party of 5 . we were quickly seated up stairs and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive and drinks came quickly as did the starters. The starter was pretty average we had the caprese salad and flat bread. The flat bread was very nice but the salad unfortunately was quite poor with poor quality tomatoes completely tastless buffalo mozzarella and about 3 basil leaves.The mains were also a bit disappointing I had the sweet potato gnocchi which was not very nice at all with really mushy texture and rather unpleasant flavour.My wife had the rigatoni with pork meatballs. the meatballs were tiny and really dry and overcooked, the pasta was ok and the flavour not bad but the texture of the meat balls was unpleasant.My niece had seafood pizza which was very nice , the best dish we had on the night.The other 2 dishes were prawn pasta which were just ok but nothing special.The prices were quite reasonable but the food quality just wasn’t there.The place has a lot of atmosphere and is probably a good place for a large group or party for some drinks and a nibble but found it a bit loud and raucous for a quieter family dinner .
