We thought this was the perfect, authentic, simple and friendly Indonesian restaurant ,and we were thrilled to dis over it. We both had nasi campur and having had the same dish in Indonesia and Malaysia we weren’t disappointed. And we are regular Asia travelers so very fussy about Asian cuisine in Aus. We are hard to please but the food here was fabulous. Loved this place and taking the kids next time!
Visited one time is enough. (1) food is good, but not any close to real indonesian food, tho the waitresses and chefs there are indonesian.(2) waited for one hour for our first entree to be served, but the restaurant wasn’t even half seated. only 5 tables of customers. That’s really a big turn off.(3) an indonesian restaurant that doesn’t serve Iced Cendol, is not a real indonesian restaurant.would never come back tho the food is cheaper than other indonesian restaurant.I’m speaking as an indonesian chinese, if you want to eat real indonesian food, i would suggest you to go Masakan at Palm Beach
