Cute cafe, lovely atmosphere sitting outside in the sun on gorgeous timber tables. Delicious food – everyone enjoyed their dishes. I had the heirloom tomatoes dish, which was fresh and tasty. Good serving size. Salsa verde was delicious and sourdough toast was great. Coffee was delicious, strong and hot. Food is really well presented. A bit overpriced ($15 for fruit toast, $17 for heirloom tomatoes, $6 for bacon). Staff were friendly and the service was quick. They need to upgrade their knives to steak knives to cut through the toast. They do the very frustrating, but apparently thing to do at Gold Coast brunch places, where they make you line up to order at the counter. Always causes chaos, because there’s people hovering everywhere getting in everyone else’s way. It also means you can’t order more drinks while you’re eating, because you’d have to get up and queue again.

Wow !! We eat here every weekend. The food is amazing, the coffee is the best we’ve ever had and the atmosphere is wonderful. We live near by and ride our bikes. Once we are finished we head over to tallebudgera for a swim. Such a great location away from paid parking . We never feel rushed to leave and the people and staff are so laid back and kind. We have tried so many places but we just keep heading back to here. Eating here feels like you’ve found a hidden gem in Melbourne!
Haven’t eaten a meal here yet, but get an Iced Latte a few times a week – have yet to find a better one ANYWHERE! The cakes are always great too, especially the Blondies!
