Appalling customer service. Tall, blonde lass working there appeared miserable, disinterested & plain rude. Needs a good change in attitude when working with customers. No ‘hello how are you?’, no ‘thank you’ & no ‘goodbye, have a nice day’. Couldn’t even crack a smile! I spent $9.90 on a veggie wrap! I walked out of the place with a headache having to deal with such poor customer service. My friend asked the girl for a receipt as we were down for an interstate work trip & we were met with a blank look as she proceeded to grab a blank piece of paper to write the name of the food and price! Just pathetic. I walked out with my lunch wrap in one hand, loss of appetite and anger. I went back, gave back the wrap, told her she was rude & bought my lunch elsewhere. Waste of time & money. I should’ve known when I walked in and saw no one eating there on a Saturday at lunchtime (while other cafes nearby were packed) that it would be so terrible.
