I love this place. Huge portions. Money worth and friendly staff. Good if you want to grab a wholesome lunch or dinner. They also deliver which is great!!
We have had delivery and also eaten in and food is always great and service excellent so no complaints here . Will eat here often . Lots of different dishes each time as well so great across the board.
AWFUL FOOD. I ordered close to 100 worth of food i even tipped. however food was 90% onion. no meet nothing. i call with complaint they refuse to do anything at all to rectify it. i didnt eat it they wont take it back they wont refund. poor service? pathetic food. they had a chance to fix the issue and refused its theft as i was NOT happy with the filth they delivered it wasnt eaten. we bought mcdonalds instead. that says alot as to how poor quality the food is. stupidly angry! i want my money back.
Slow slow slow. So still waiting over 2 hrs after placing order. called them and was told it was 20-30 mins away. that was an hr ago…. useless…..
Gluten Free. I loved going to Belly God but unfortunately they have no clue what contains gluten. They need someone to educate them so Coeliacs are not sick for a week. I am willing as I’m a severe Coeliac, but found they were not very accommodating as the Chefs don’t seem to speak English. A real shame as I won’t be back as I can’t afford to be sick for a week.
I Know why you cant pay with card online!. This business are keeping 2 sets of books:) You also can not pay with card in-store! This keeping the trade ALL cash and at owners discretion to declare! CRIMINAL
Contradictory. The food is great but their delivery of the food is terrible. While it is great I can order online, it is terrible that is may be up to 2 hours late from when I ordered. Additionally, I have to do a lot of chasing up to confirm the order is still on its way. There seems to be very poor communication between the restaurant and their drivers. I would suggest picking up your order instead.
