I must say for a franchise restaurant, the decor wasnt up to standard. The air conditioner vent was leaking water on my head, and the food service was below standard. Our chips (side dish) came out late and well after our burgers. The food was delicious though.
Brilliant service and great good. Real value for money when compared to some of the other restaurants along the strip. Don’t underestimate the satisfaction you can feel after a Grilld meal, especially at the Cairns store where you get service with a smile.
We went to lunch on a busy Saturday after a big hike and were in the mood for burgers. Grilld was the obvious choice!! The place was quite full but we were served quickly. I ordered the cheese and bacon beef burger and fries. I loved that there were bun options and the dipping options were on display.Our food was served promptly and looked great!! Such a treat, super juicy burger with fresh salad, plenty on sauce and the whole thing was really flavoursome. And really good value for money – I was stuffed!!The staff here were great. We were checked on a couple of times which is great to see in a casual dining place. Grilld Ill definitely be back
Unexpectedly awesome surprise. Low key amazing. Just finished a fantastic afternoon on jet skis spotting crocodiles and needed very late lunch / very early dinner. Read other reviews and decided to stop at grill’d. Best burger – chili addict clearly a 5+ – but go with the recipe – don’t adjust. Sour cream beautiful balance to the hot chili. Hot bird – chicken burger with jalapeo & avocado – top notch. The artisan buns are extra special. Rosemary chips were fantastic but the sweet potato chips best ever. Anti- sweet potato squad even ate them up. Baked texture and thick. Flaked salt on all was excellent. Don’t miss this place.
Mediocre. Had better grilld in Melbourne. Waitress tried to take my plate before i was finished… but i guess that can be forgiven. A safe and reliable option around Cairns.
Burgers were delish and came quickly. But it was the service of the staff that made this visit to Grill’d stand out! Everyone was so lovely and accommodating! Laura Moscatelli
Delicious Zen Hen burger, excellent service and whatever you do, don’t go passed the sweet potato chips. Hubby said they were better than mine.. I’ll allow it.
