This place makes a great coffee, they know my order and their cakes are delicious. The staff a super friendly, a good change up from the other coffee places in the centre.
Had been doing a fair bit of driving this particular day & needed a good coffee hit. Was at a loss as to where to get one as it was the holidays. Thought the Sunnybank Hills shopping precinct should have a decent offering so in I ran . First place I noticed which I had not been to before was this place. Ordered flat white with a double shot as they weren’t sure what to advise other than the Coffee Club coffee was weaker than theirs. My Elixir brew came out looking good & tasted good so I was happy. Nice rich strong coffee with that double shot
While I was standing in front of the counter of Svitian to have my pancake, I gaze was caught by those tables and chairs available at this cafe. That reminded me the episode when I had the morning brekkie at this place. It was early in the morning at 8:00am (very late for my usual time). I went to this Shopping Centre for brekkie and discovered that there was not many options so gave it a go. Ordered the banana bread and a cup of flat white. The bread was average and there was no surprise neither the coffee. Even though it was the Elixir brew but pouring technique was green and the latte art was absent. Maybe what I ordered was not their favourite signatures; however there was definitely rooms to be improved.
Decent coffee. Staff have always been attentive to serve me even when they already seem preoccupied. I haven’t tried any of the food items myself, but my mother loves their raspberry cheesecake.
Snow Witch only has a small seating area so volume is probably low, which is reflected in their prices. But the quality and presentation is outstanding. Fairly typical cafe food but almost restaurant quality. Excellent selection of cakes and very good coffee to go with the meals. My only complaint is the tiny fork provided with the cake is next to useless. Ask for a full sized fork.
The good thing about this place is that it’s right next to a new play area which is pretty nice and padded. Ordered a coffee and cake set with Strawberry Shortcake and Hot Choc. The LO and I enjoyed them. Lots of other moms and families eating there. The menu has pretty usual caf food. They display Bingsu but I don’t actually see it on the menu. Would like to try sometime. The parents rooms are downstairs though. instagram.com
As soon as Snow Witch opened at the Sunnybank Hills shopping centre I wanted to try their food. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with bacon and my partner ordered a Chicken Burger. We sat in comfy chairs with a good sized table and the food came out quickly. My meal was delicious and I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the tomato was a excellent burst of flavour. Everything was tasty but the green tea frappe was perfect in flavour. The Bingsoo is the main attraction to the cafe as they have beautiful displays and the cakes in the cabinet look excellent but after breakfast I was too full to try it so we’ll definitely have to come back and try it.
