Was quite excited to try this place with their many options particularly for vegans. Pizzas looked great at first but upon tasting was quite underwhelmed. The base was clearly not a regular pizza base, felt more like a filo pastry texture. This was the biggest letdown as any good pizza starts with a good base and considering this was largely a pizza restaurant, I thought they would at least have cracked it. One saving grace was the sauce which was light, sweet, and rich in tomato flavour. Pizzas seemed to have just enough toppings but could have done with abit more seasoning especially for the veggies. Maybe some herbs to top would have lifted the taste too. I could call this a ‘healthy’ pizza as it did not have the grease/oil one would expect from pizza or it could just be due to the flat base. The only thing I feel that needs attention is the base, sort that out and this place could have been a bonafide winner.
