We are passionate about providing real food that is processed minimally and made in house wherever possible. We strive to avoid additives in our bought in products and sourcing fresh quality ingredients is of the utmost importance. Our sauces, marinades, salad dressing and Sushi vinegar are all made by our Chefs in house using raw sugar, and are gluten free and msg free. Our food is msg free, and microwave free and artificial sweetener free and we have many gluten free and Vegan options.
