I was browsing in the Capalaba Central shopping Centre during EKKA holiday and felt like to have some snack. All of the sudden, I saw this eatery and approached to see if anything would attracted my appetite. Well, all the sushi rolls looked familiar except this one – Spicy Chicken Roll, so gave it a go. Wow! It was quite delicious, even though it was made of chicken breast but the meat was so tenderised just like poached chicken. Proportion of vinegar to rice was appropriate, particularly the cucumber stripe that made the whole sushi roll up to the next level. Good job!
