Plus points for having lactose-free milk teas and soy milk as an option, which is sadly uncommon for bubble tea places. Plus points for helpful the staff member there as well, who was actually paying attention to customers discussing options among themselves before ordering, and checked if they actually had that extra topping ready while the customers were still deciding.Minus points though for the matcha flavour being weak. Having said that though, we are quite picky about our matcha and perhaps would have fared better with other flavours (which they have an interesting range of, including amaretto and walnut brownie).Perhaps next time.. elsewherebriefly.com

Absolutely love this place. The first time I tried bubble tea I wasn’t sure whether or not I liked it, but it has certainly grown on me. I’ve only been living in Carindale for a month but have been to Bubble Tea Lab about four times.The staff are always lovely and I love that they have a loyalty card, as I go there almost every week and can definitely see myself continuing that routine.I usually get an original milk tea with pearls, 3/4 sweetness and 1/2 ice. I love that there are so many flavours and toppings to choose from and the price is quite reasonable as well.I would definitely recommend.
