This little bakery was buzzing the day I dropped by. There was a big line up for the pies in particular. Looked like they attracted the tradie fraternity, so that is an indication of how good they looked & they even had a vegetarian pie. Alas I wanted a sweet treat so opted for a rather large cream bun. On tasting it was soft & very light with a generous serve of whipped butter cream & jam. The bun was super fresh & the cream wasn’t too sweet which is a main peeve of mine in the supermarket varieties
