Out of Body Experience!. I was a fairly frequent goer of this sushi station in 2013 before their renovation as I work across the road. Sushi was always fresh and tasty but it wasn’t 10/10. However since they reopened following a renovation at the end of 2013 my lunches and dinners there have been nothing short of amazing! The atmosphere is great and the store looks awesome, with the sushi tasting so much better than I remember. I had lunch there yesterday with a group and we were blown away. So many varieties of sushi/nigiri to choose from, with all tasting perfect and reasonably priced! This is what sushi used to taste like back in the day when the Bulimba sushi train was good. Definitely recommend a visit, it is definitely worth crossing the road from Westfield! So much better than any sushi I have had recently (Ginja, Sushi Kotobuki etc). Lovely older staff as well — they clearly know what they’re doing. 10/10!
They’re back.. On Saturday 2 Nov.
The sushi here is always fresh. They never disappoint.
Thanks for good service. I love the sushi train,, it is a bit slow but still great…. I will go there every day if I could… Always very fresh… I will tell every won I know about it..
Needs an update. First impressions is that this restaurant needs a major refresh. Everything is looking old and dirty. Saying this, the food is actually fine. However don’t expect anything amazing from this Sushi Station.
Average service, average restaurant dim and always feels a bit shabby, and average sushi brown avocado on dishes you order and on almost all the train ones isn’t appealing. With ginga across the road now they might lose business.
Delicious. My partner and I eat here every week. They are always busy but have great food. Some times the food you get off the train wont be hot but if you just ask the staff they will get you a fresh plate. They always make you feel welcome. The sushi is great and has plenty of variety. Yum.
