Decided to try Mo Charcoal Alley based on the great reviews. It was good, but not amazing. We came for a mid-week lunch and both had a lunch special. My husband chose the duck with fried rice and really rated his meal. I had the braised pork belly which had really good flavour and nice and tender but just a bit fatty. I know this is the nature of the cut of meat and the cooking method so it wasn’t a huge complaint.We also shared some steamed vegetarian dumplings but the filling was just a bit lackluster.No big complaints, it’s a great little spot, it just didn’t blow me away like I expected from the other reviews.
