Its been several months since our last visit and we return for Breakfast to update our review of Plum Cafe. We are promptly seated by friendly wait staff and provided with iced water and menus. Owner/Manager Lance comes out and happily greets us by name. Impressive! Having operated this restaurant for 13 years, Lance is always welcoming and hospitable. Our nicely presented meals are served after 20 minutes. Phuong Trans Vietnamese Pork Belly ($18.90) is melt-in-your-mouth tender but the Hoi Sin sauce seasoning is a tad heavy, masking the delicious pork flavour. Rating: 4/5My Eggs Benedict with Bacon ($18.90) looks delicious. Two plump poached eggs atop two large perfectly fried Bacon rashers with a large side of wilted Spinach. A very satisfying meal. Rating: 4.5/5We love the ambience of this beautifully designed restaurant and the friendly well trained staff. We retain our previous rating of 4.5! Thank you Guys!
