I was so excited for the opening of this restaurant because Greek cuisine is one of my favourites but theres a distinct lack of options on Brisbanes West side. We went here as a group of 3 just a couple weeks after opening. I liked their decor and menu options. We chose a bunch of share dishes to chomp through. I was immediately disappointed by the size of the share plates. Something I like about Greek food is its reputation for generosity and the notion of a feast for eyes and tummy. Everything that was brought out was so small, it was like an entree serve at a fine dining restaurant. We found the grill items in particular to be hard to divide between 3. If it was a larger group wed have to order multiples of each item to allow everyone a taste. Speaking of taste, I found the dishes to be adequate but nothing amazing. One thing I was really excited to try was the baklava dessert. This was very good and did live up to my expectations. Aside from that, service was abrupt and not very friendly. Id rather drive the extra km to West End for superior Greek food in the future.

We came here on A Saturday night after hearing mixed reviews, but had thought it may have lifted its game after initial opening teething issues. Perhaps we should have- We started with 2 dips (Tzatziki and Olive Pure). I have never had dips so runny and watery before. It appeared as though they had either failed to drain the cucumber in the tzatziki or added water to bulk it out. Both were not dips but rather soups. A poor start- next came lamb ribs (prior to the other main we had ordered). They were fatty and oily. The fat had not been rendered enough and there was barely any meat on the ribs.- lastly was a pork belly yiros. At a cost of $18, what was the big deal. A bit of meat, red onion, tomato, chips and sauce in a pita. Not great value for money. Could have had a better one in the valley for $9. Our meal with 2 drinks cost ~$85. The quality was average at best. I fail to see how his place is so busy. Concept is good. Poorly executed.
