Explored this espresso in the morning. Although it opened late not until past the 7:30am, it can be understandable as it was an Sunday morning. Being the first customer of the day, my coffee should be firstly served but it turned out a negative expectation. I was sitting facing the street side and I could overhear the sound of preparing my flat white. However, all of a sudden, a lady walked in (who should be a regular) for two take-away coffees, then I could overhear the owner keep talking to her and taking her orders. Moreover, my order turned to be the next one after he finished that take-away coffee order. Maybe he thought that I should have plenty of time and was not rush to go. In fact, I had another appointment in half an hour at South side of Brisbane; therefore, the mood to enjoy the Toby Estate had been spoiled. Having said that the flat white was not strong enough for me too!I may return another day to re-explore but today is not my day!

The best avo toast i have ever tasted! And best coffee in brisbane by far! Coffee always consistent! Velvet froth!! The staff are amazing, nicest ladies!
