Paul Chan and I visited the Tavern for dinner after an afternoon of fishing. Counter staff at the bar was so friendly and helpful, I was impressed. I know we will return here for more drinks and food. We placed our dinner order then got ourselves a round of drinks. Our dinners were identical and were ready within 20 minutes. The Graziers (250g) Steak Night Special ($14.90) with Pork Ribs ($8) and Calamari ($6) looked wonderful. The steaks were grilled medium-rare, Pork Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the tender Calamari was a huge serve! Our meals came with a fresh salad, chips and pepper sauce. We were hangry and this big meal hit the spot! The Forks 50% discount meant each meal was a bargain price $14.45! We rated our delicious meal 4-4.5! Thank you Chermside Tavern!
