Disappointed as I ordered an iced mocha on almond milk and it came out with and ice cream in it. Would you not think to leave it out if someone asks for an alternative milk. And the server was so rude when I asked whether it had dairy or whether it was like a specially made ice cream. She retry much started yelling at me

overall: 2.7/5gluten free options: 3.5/5food taste: 3.5/5ambience: 3.5/5 customer service: 1.5/5pricing vs quality: 1.5/5was immediately drawn to their variety of gluten free sweet slices they were so pretty i couldnt resist theyre labelled gf/df/vegan. ended up with the snickers brownie blondie. disappointed at the price because at $9 its definitely in the pricier range but thought i would just treat myself. the blondie was a bit on the dry side. was very rich, not much difference in terms of texture, and the fruits couldve been more fresh, but i enjoyed it nonetheless. i think its more worth around $5-6 than its $9decided not to eat at the venue because i was put off by their initial customer service. basically i stood at the counter waiting to speak to a server, and i made eye contact with one who wasnt doing anything except she just turned around and walked elsewhere??? so i kinda just stood there at the cashier for like… a while… waiting… awkwardly… even the person making coffee didnt greet me T_T after a while someone did greet me and i could finally grab a slice but damn did that take a while… the person who did serve me was very lovely and kind just put off by the other 2 lol. its hard to find a lot of places that serve pretty sweet foods that cater to different allergens so im interested in trying their other slices~
