How come this restaurant can use this name? Do they know what this name means? Kamikaze is the suicide pilots of the Empire of Japan. Those pilots attacked the ships of the Allied Powers in the final years of World War II, during which they flew their planes into enemy ships. It has also come to mean other kinds of suicide attacks.Literally this restaurant named after suicide pilots.
Pretty disappointed, the food was pretty good but we waited well over an hour. It was $40 for a very small amount of veg, a few pieces of salmon and a prawn which I think was a bit ridiculous. The fried rice was quite good. The setting is casual, in a shopping centre and the quality and taste of food was good, but not great. If they halved the prices I may be back.
Visited this place not long ago with my family. We ordered a variety of dishes to share and really enjoyed the chicken udon. We also tried their teppanyaki set, however, found the meat to be quite chewy.
