Just spent $160 on breakfast for five people and a baby and the cashier inadvertently left a $4 poached egg off the bill and they couldnt come out fast enough to get the 4 bucks off us. We said to them we a good regular customers and how a about just give us the $4 poached egg, apparently not good enough customers for that, the cashier insisted she didnt have discretion for the $4 and we had to pay or we wouldnt get the egg. Then after all of that the meals beat our coffees out and when we asked where our coffees were we were then told the machine was broken and they would be out shortly. When they came out it was obviously made by an amateur barista and I couldnt drink it and just got my money back. The point of all of this is if the proprietors are going to charge extremely high prices they need to back that up with the appropriate service and quality of coffee. In this instance it was lacking and we left feeling we had been ripped off. Be careful going here if you expect reassemble value for money and well made coffee. Not happy
