Very nice service. Certainly over priced and average food. My standards were relatively low because I don’t expect expert french chefs to be working at a moderately priced restaurant in the Redlands, but I definitely couldn’t recommend this restaurant. Duck was below average. Don’t waste money.
Took ages to be served, had to go wait for menus and water to come to the table. My partner was missing cutlery, the food was average and not worth the price tag.
Been to FT once before for valentine’s day and the food was great and service too. Really excited about going again Saturday . High expectations. Stay posted. Well our return to FT was not a disappointment. Food was fantastic and service very attentive while not annoying. Thumbs up. Followed up with great day at le festival!

Lovely quaint dcor. Some room for improvement though. The service was friendly but very slow. The meals were ok but serves very small (shared vegetables in a smallboat with shaved carrot not really up to par). My pet hate, food that arrives and does not match the menu/description occurred twice during our visit. The specials board Tarte Tatin was a huge disappointment and was not the real deal. This place could be really great but needs work, they may also want to visit some of their price point competitors as this did not feel like value for money.
Average for the price. Our first outing to the French Table was OK. We had the Valentines special. We opted for the 2 courses and had beef and pork, followed by crepes and profiterole. The beef was excellent and the pork with stuffing was too dry, while the crepes were excellent and the profiterole was average. We are deciding if they need another visit ???
Rare find. Its a shame there’s not more places like this to break away from the usual. Some fantastic sauces also accidentally found ourselves on Wednesday special so an absolute bargain. You never say this but portion sizes were probably too big especially given the heavy sauces. I struggled through. Great service fully byo.
