Collected my pre-ordered chickens on the morning of Christmas Day, the staff were absolutely lovely especially considering they were at work instead of home with their families. They got a staff member to carry my hot chickens to my car for me, the price was better than I thought it would be, and those delicious chickens were absolutely demolished at Xmas lunch! Thanks Pierres Cleveland, we’ll be back!

Customer service very disappointing. I was absolutely disgusted at the lack of customer service I received by the rudest sales person behind the counter when I was needing assistance..I approached the counter to be firstly ignored until it suited the assistant (no acknowledgement) I then I went on to ask about a dinner pack or alike for one (being me) this person promptly signed and pointed to the menu and said to me its all up there.. I was horrified at this lack of customer care, and needless to say I told her to forget it and I left the store, to go to a more helpful happier food store only a couple of door up.. I frequent this shop as living only a street away in Raby bay and have many a chicken family dinners from there.. this experience has really upset me, hence why I am writing to you to pass onto to your staff….Every customer is equally important and some require help in deciding, this doesnt take one minute out of your time especially as there was only one other customer in the store at that time, whom had already been served..A very unhappy customer
Love this place. This place holds a special place in my heart as my mother used to take us here from time to time when we were kids. I’m 25 now and love how it’s been open all these years. The best chicken place ever!Superbly seasoned and cooked and reasonably priced this place always gets a good crowd!The only issue is the veges that are pretty well stewed and lack the crispness of being home cooked!But you’ll love the chook so give it a shot on a cold and rainy night!
