All dinner and no show. Other than us catching a bowl of rice there was no show included in this meal. A very different experience from previous teppanyaki bars. The food was nice enough and there certainly was plenty of it but the kids didn’t like anything except for the meat. Unfortunately not worth the $136.50 was for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very disappointing.
Bought my partner here for his birthday on boxing day. I made sure to ask for a private table for our table of 4. Our chef was a lot of fun and shouted my partner some sake. I noticed alot of people complain about portion size, id like to reccomend getting the banquet. We were very full after. The food was lovely, it was alot of fun. It was a little expensive especially seeing as a 15% surcharge on public holiday which wasn’t mentioned when i made the booking. Will come back one day.
Arrived to the restaurant and immediately seated at our own table for 8. Staff were lovely and enjoyed the show. Food was A1 quality though did find not enough of it for the price paid. Small amount of meat and prawns but heaps of rice to fill us up. For the amount you pay would like more food. Great night though. Happy to have at least tried it once.
Booked here at 6pm and was rudely told to come early. We did and were served at 8pm. Why take a booking if you can’t cater for it? Shitty service and poorly organised management. Food had no flavours at all. Rip off.
Came here and asked if there was a table for 2. We were sat immediately but had to wait 90 MINUTES for a chef. In the mean time, STRANGERS were added onto our table to fill the seats. I asked for a table of 2 and was told yes. I wasn’t told that there would be a LONG WAIT FOR A CHEF nor was I told that the table of 2 would grow into a table of 3 OTHER GROUPS (one of which was a family with kids, what a great date ours turned out to be!). EXTREMELY AWKWARD DINING AND POOR SERVICE. WALKED OUT HUNGRY AND PISSED OFF!
Service here is very bad. Food is overpriced. Spent $500 for 7 people last weekend and actually walked out hungry!!! Not to mention that the restaurant is dirty and in need of a little reno. Not worth the prices they want to charge, even for teppanyaki standards.
Great food and excellent service. Hi, Iv never written a review before however I think it is warranted this time. We had dinner at the teppanyaki place tonight and the food was great and the chef put on an excellent show. And he even helped us to get the kids to eat their food, by offering a fire show each time they ate. Its the little things like this, that make a good night out for dinner. Highly recommended! Oh and the quality of produce and seafood was excellent.
