I have lost count of the amount of times I have enjoyed a meal at this Thai and Cantonese restaurant. The food is always of the best quality and the service is always impeccable and with a smile. My favourite restaurant in Cleveland.
Excellent food. Good presentation. Very friendly and helpful staff who take the trouble to remember the names of their regular customers.
I’ve been going to Thai Siam for several years and I have notice a consistent decline in the quality of food. Our most recent take-away was very unpleasant.- The Chicken Satay skewers were so dry and tough, I would have been mistaken for eating the skewer. There was hardly any sauce provided in the thimble we received.- The coconut rice was just plain gluggy mess without a hint of coconut.- The Calamari stir-fry was inedible and promptly placed in the bin. Calamari should be at least tender enough to chew; this concoction was similar to eating a tyre inner tube and was absolutely tasteless.After paying over $50 for a take-away, I would expect the meal to be at least average.I am afraid that will be my last visit to Thai Siam.Sorry Guys.
Each time we come here it is a lovely experience. There was 12 of us in total and had a fantastic and enjoyable night. Food served quickly and very tasty as always. Highly recommended.
Amazing flavours – best thai on the bayside!. Ever since we moved to the bayside almost 2 years ago we have been coming here time and time again – their pad thai is to die for, and when we dine in for a fancy meal we are never ever disappointed. I just don’t understand any of the bad reviews on them, thai Siam do an excellent job of providing excellent food at different price levels!!
Very Poor. Used to be our Thai of choice, but the last 4 experiences have ensured that We will never revisit the restaurant again. We ordered a take away Vegetarian Pad Thai on Friday 28th February 2014 and when we got home, found they had given us Chicken Pad Thai, they offered us a free meal for the next time. We ordered another Vegetarian Pad Thai on Friday 7 March 2014, thought it looked okay, half way through found a piece of beef and several pieces of chicken – horrified! Staff were complacent when we phoned them and asked us to drive the meal back to them – hardly likely! We sent photos of the meat at their request and needless to say are still waiting on a response. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
