I was very disappointed, the prices are outrageous for some of the food in the cafe (I know it’s organic and this can be a bit pricier but charging $14 for a very small ‘tortilla’ quiche bake is ridiculous) the variety and quality of the ingredients and food has slowly gone down hill, I used to love coming here and really enjoyed the grilled vegetable vegetarian sandwich, they dont make them anymore and the txt looked so unappetising and boring I walked out. Won’t be going back
I have been coming here for over two years and I think the shop is going down hill and service is crumbling. Today from the owner I recieved terrible service. The owner was working today and myself and a few other customers witnessed her yelling at her staff, and then ignored me when I asked her a question about a product. I asked her again and she responded rudely with a no. Two minutes later she leaves the store after making herself a smoothie and left customers waiting at the cafe. Really dissappointed with how this store has declined in the last year.
Wow. Service at lunch today was so bad it is almost indescribable. I have been a very loyal and frequent customer since it opened. There has been a steady decline in customer service and food quality and timing over the last 8 weeks. I had been persevering as I appreciate the time and effort not to mention investment made in this business by the owners and the Wrays. All businesses have their ups and downs but today’s experience was both unforgettable and unforgivable not to mention clumsy and dangerous handling of seafood. There needs to be a serious shake up in the cafe kitchen.
Coffee addict from Brisbane. I have lived in the Redland off an on since 1977 and have tried most of the coffee shops in the area. Wray’s have the best coffee by far and the staff are very friendly.Four and a half stars out of 5 – a few newspapers would make it 5.
I’m sick of the passive arrogance and snobbery of this business owner and her staff. Organic obviously doesnt encompass genuine customer service for everday folk. Thumbs down
Healthstart juicer. I brought a juicer from wray organic cleveland when i was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I have owned it less than a month, used four time following operating instuctions and it fell apart whilst juicing. I returned it to the shop to get a new replacement or my money back, i was told i had to go to the manufacturer and follow the process. Now i am out of pocket by $289.95 and can’t afford to go buy another one with out this money.Have been a good customer of this shop for many years, very disappoined Wray organic Cleveland.
Gorgeous. I am a regular shopper here, apart from having a great range of organic groceries, produce and other item the cafe is fantastic. The coffee is superb and I love that you can have it with any milk – bonsoy, almond, rice, hazelnut etc, they use organic ingredients in everything they sell, lovely outside area, they have books and colouring in things for kids and my two little boys love their baby cinos. The staff are all really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, anything they don’t stock they are happy to get it in too. Lovely place to shop.
