Weve been going to Wrays for a few years now mostly to buy organic produce & products off the shelf rather than sit down and eat as the food is average.Several weeks ago while at Wrays we overheard 2 of the long time staff giving a newer staff member a very hard time over a small incident. It was hard to watch and very uncomfortable – that sort of intimidation has no place in hospitality. Weve also noticed the best barista left about 4 months ago which is a pity. She made the best coffee.Quality and service have generally gone downhill at ClevelandWrays and were feeling its time to find another organic store for our supplies.

Went here for a coffee at 3:10pm (cafe does not shut until 4pm) and was asked to have it in a take away cup? If I wanted a take away coffee I would have ordered one. Disappointing.
