4 Pines X Boardriders Coolangatta Next to our pals Boardriders, 4 Pines Coolangatta is 100m stroll from the water and sits on the busy Strand. The bar, clad in reclaimed wood and bejewelled with festoon lighting heralds 6 taps of our finest beer, bottles bumping shoulders in the fridge, an eclectic mix of beer-inspired cocktails and a fistful of wines. The venue will operate seven days a week for breakfast and lunch, with dinner service available from Wednesdays. Service was abysmal. Received and FINISHED breakfast before having to ask how long coffees would be. Joel Parkinson arrived after us, finished breakfast AND left before we were served. If you are not 1 of the Cooly kids then I would not bother.
The “boardrider” burger was delicious. Chips were also very tasty. Lovely location and very good service.
Ah, we love it here!! Such a chilled environment, and a great view, the coffee is good and the people are friendly.
Great spot, great views, coffee here yesterday, back for breakfast. Poached eggs, mushrooms and haloumi, large coffee $21.50. Great food, fair price. Many round here much more expensive.
