Highly recommend!!!My husband and I went here for lunch and we were thoroughly impressed. Great location (lovely beach view), friendly staff, prompt service and hands down some of the best Italian food I have ever had. I ordered the pappardelle ragu and it was absolutely divine!
Was referred here by the hotel. Inviting restaurant with a big menu and decent wine list. The service was well paced. The decor is fine but will be getting close to needing a refresh soon. The meals were of varying quality. Entrees were very good, but main meals were average. Fresh fish was way over cooked and dry. Every last bit of freshness and moisture cooked out of it. We finished it because we were hungry. Spaghetti and risotto were ordinary. I’ve had much worse but also had better at the price. Advice: Reduce the size of the menu and up the quality of the cooking. Reading the reviews it seems the kitchen is the issue!

Have not been around Coolangatta for a long time. I did not realize that the area has changed that much not until I came down to explore this nice restaurant with contemporary set-up in late September. Have been to its sibling in Bulimba and also held a voucher deal to have a set course. This time, we also took the Scoopon deal to have a seven courses banquet. The friendly and proficient service deserves thumb up. Every dishes of the banquet show-case the chef’s passion and sophisticated culinary skill. I was impressed by the hero dishes of veal carpaccio, beef cheek and the Bay bug dishes. To have a dinner with nearly half price with such quality meals, it is a bargain. Rating 4.5/5
