Our family of 4 waited more than an hour for our breakfast which was served at seperate times, was cold when we received it, was both under & overcooked, and one of the meals was completely wrong!When we told the manageress, her response was that chef called in sick and they were understaffed, and went on her way.Would never eat there again and recommend the same to anyone else thinking of eating there. Poor food and even poorer service.

Probably a long day behind the grinder but being greeted is an important part of even a small transaction. I ordered a cake and coffee to go and frankly a wet sheet of cardboard could have done better. Product was on par and the premises was clean.
Great coffee was nice to have a Long Black with nice thick Crema on top. Delicious food, very generous with portion sizes and amazing views. Thank you.
I am not a big fan of the coffee club as it’s quite expensive for what you get and food is quite ordinary most of the time with a chain outlet. The coffee club at Cooly for coffee is quite good as the coffee was nice and hot and lasted for a chat and dessert and was a nice cuppa. Complimented the waitress on the coffee as then at least they know this is a game changer for some people as if you can’t get a coffee right most times the food is ordinary also.
