  I can’t be harsh.The service and turnaround of the order was spot on.The outdoor section was great.We ordered steaks and a calamari starter.The calamari was so over salted we couldn’t finish it, but besides that okay.The steaks were excellent, and both of us commented on how well they were cooked.It’s a basic pub grub kinda place.

  Ordered 2 burgers, collectively the orders were wrong 3 times, simple instructions to follow. The patties themselves were tasteless and dry. Do not recommend.

  We went to Waterfire for a birthday celebration lunch with 8 adults and 6 children. I was abit apprehensive about going here because of some bad reviews but we were very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was good and the food was terrific with very generous portions and it also came out very quickly. We had a large variety of meals including fish,steak,ribs,calamari and salads all dishes were very well cooked and extremely tasty. The staff were freindly and mostly helpful the only negative was i waited at the bar for quite a while to be served while the bar tenders were having a lenghty conversation and she seemed a little annoyed when she had to actually come and serve me otherwise it was a very enjoyable experience dining here

  Worst restaurant on the GC, hands down. Only go if you like being served disgusting food that’s 2 hours late. Rude management – somebody had to leave and they were told to buzz off by a manager when they requested a refund for the food they never received. Disgusting behaviour, disgusting food, understaffed. It should be shut down.

  The more this place does to try and better itself the worse it gets. We have been going here for years, a favourite venue for birthdays and other family get togethers. But as the years have gone the worse it gets. Went here tonight with my wife and we couldn’t wait to eat our very bland meal and get out of there. We will go back but only for the venue. It’s a real shame
