Best Lanzhou Pulled Noodles! Located 6 minutes from home my tummy tell me we need some of these fresh soup noodles today. On the way home from the Sunday Market I walk in, greet the Chef, place my order, grab a bottle of iced water and sit down to prepare my condiments. My Beef Noodles ($10) with extra Beef ($3) is served steaming hot. I opt for the thick round noodle and it is al dente. I love the chewy texture! The sliced beef is tender and the broth is tasty. My dipping sauce is black vinegar and fried chillies. Yum!
