We’d been out on the reef & got straight off the boat at the marina & walked in here. Salad of the day was very good, so was the soup & the toastie was great too. Just what we needed for lunch. Service very good & prompt also.
Great location, however the food and service was below par and extremely overpriced for what you get. Maybe that is the downside of living in Melbourne!
Excellent friendly service – prompt and attentive. Delicious breakfast of poached eggs in toast. Raisin toast was also yummy with generous portions. Relaxing atmosphere by the marina. Fun to watch the water activities and visits from cheeky birds.
After a day on the reef, walk off the boat on the marina at Port Douglas and sit down at Lure. Friendly service and really good seafood. We didn’t eat a lot when we visited Lure as we just left a sunset cruise serving canape’s, but it was lovely. A great location accommodating and delicious.The seared yellowfin tuna with soba noodle salad & wasabi dressing was fantastic, but if you don’t like coriander (Cilantro), tell them. (sorry no photo. I ate them before I realized.oops). The scallops and prawn dishes were great.reasonably priced and a great place for a cocktail and light dinner on the marina.
