Rasa is part of the Niramaya Villa Resort. Â Sadly, its often the case that resort restaurants aren’t as good as the resort; not so Rasa. The whole baby barramundi was outstanding – Asian fusion (wok fried with a delicious crust and Asian greens). I also think its terrific value when compared to offerings in the town. Fresh, friendly service, with indoor or outdoor-by-the-pool/gardens dining available. Easy parking a bonus. Â We also had takeaways delivered to our villas for lunch one day – all very good but I would specially recommend the garlic coated n fried tofu and soba noodle salad; great textures and flavour.Well worth the trip, 5mins up the road from downtown.
Excellent. Tried pretty much all the entrees and salmon and beef cheek main, was all tasty and were wowed, what a perfect lunch, recommendations to the chefs. waitress was great too, fast friendly.

The food at Rasa is extremely good, it is stylishly presented modern Australian cuisine with an Asian influence. Service is efficient too and the surrounds are casual but elegant. Your problem might be finding the place, better signage is badly needed.
