So I had the rack of lamb tonight, and all I can say is that was bloody delicious! The lamb was not only tasty but cooked just right so it was easy to cut into and almost melt in your mouth material. I just wanted more meat on my plate!! The mash was smooth and the long beans were well seasoned!! Bravo team!!Note- you order at the food station and you collect your plated meals from the same place. A little odd but not taken into consideration in my overall rating.
