Delightful surprise as we had booked the hotel and as we were very tired on arrival thought we’d stay in for our evening meal, well it was so delicious that we stayed in for 3 nights! Steak was seasoned perfectly, beautiful smoke char and served well rested and medium rare, smashed potatoes with chives, yum yum yum. All the seafood dishes were amazingly good, the prawns with caponata, barramundi Spring rolls, calamari salad with chilli jam and the linguini putenesca with prawns, wow! Kids meals were equally well enjoyed, our kids are all there meals three nights in a row, almost unheard of at home!

Altogether lovely. Our meal was a very colourful and tasty prawn and chicken laksa and a well presented medium rare rump steak,—–10 Apr, 2015—–The Rump Steak. Its a very nice steak with smashed potato, brocollini, baby carrots and mushroom gravy, looks and tastes awesome
A pleasent surprise. As my title suggests we were not expecting much but were very happy when our food arrived. it is a very pleasent setting restaurant with a nice pool view for ambience. the laksa was very flavoursome and i had the rump steak. i would suggest maybe too mud=ch variety/choice on the menu
Fabulous innovative flavours. Really impressed by the fabulous quality of the food here. Lovely friendly professional staff. The straits salad – refer menu upload for ingredients – was so much more than a sum of its parts. Hard to describe the freshness with a hint of chilli and mint. The Thai curry incorporating Australian lemon myrtle was delicious and light. Can I also congratulate the chef on designing appropriately sized and balanced healthy children’s meals ( bonus given children eat free). Loved it all and will attempt to recreate at home
