Service way too slow , they always seem to take forever to just take your order and then you seem to wait a very long time ,  all whilst packed in like sardines. Much better shops around town , where I always get prompt friendly service for the right price.
Really really solid coffee, nice and strong with good milk temperature. Friendly service and the brekky wrap is delicious and cheap. Nice spot outside to sit in the mornings as well.
Big fish in very small pond, no much serious competition in Mackay. On our one (and probably) only visit a few months ago we sat in a public car park (their outdoor seating area) and had to listen to a waitress continually bragg about how fantastic the coffee was both before and after serving us pretty generic tasting/quality coffees made by the supposedly ‘awesome’ barista from Melbourne.
