Positioned near the entrance of Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, the pleasant eatery with indoor and outdoor seating offers relaxed dining. Meals were a bit slow to come out the day we visited but the fish and chips were good.
The Sanctuary Cafe at Currumbin Wildlife is a nice spot to get something midday through your journey with the air-conditioned indoor tables and tables on the patio surrounded by birds and trees. They have a pretty good menu with drinks, breakfast, lunch and desserts. There’s also an ice-cream section. We kept it simple and ordered wedges and fish and chips but the wraps looked so good.Considering how busy they were I was shocked how quickly our food came out and with a friendly smile just like our cashier. The wedges were tasty and the fish was actually very nice as well as the salad tasting great. In the afternoon we had some ice-cream with the two for one voucher on the park map and sat on the patio as they had the bird feeding right next to it. It’s a lovely place to eat while you enjoy the sanctuary.
